I practice depth-oriented psychotherapy and believe that a curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach is integral to a productive therapy process. I aim to create a safer space for you to explore all the different parts of yourself, where I prioritize listening but am an active participant rather than a silent observer. I have great respect for how long you have likely suffered with whatever brings you into therapy, and know that this process deserves care, attention, and time, as we undertake one of the most important projects of your life.
I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Though I am comfortable working with people who are experiencing a wide range of problems, I specialize in issues related to low self-esteem, depression/ hopelessness, perfectionism, challenges in social/ romantic/ family relationships, and complex trauma.
Therapy is a place where we can help cultivate your curiosity about what happens and how it impacts you, intrinsically building self-compassion and confidence in how you move through the world. It is my job to help you feel more connected with your feelings, values, and sense of agency. My goal is to collaborate with you to create the best conditions possible for your healing journey.
